EMARC Engineering Consultant L.L.C. is a multidisciplinary engineering consultancy based in Dubai. We work with developers, property owners, contractors and investors, bringing architectural design, structural and MEP engineering, fire and life safety consultancy, 3D visualisation and authority approval consultancy into a coordinated project scope.
Our portfolio covers private villas, residential and commercial buildings, warehouses, retail spaces and industrial facilities. We also support interior fit-outs, renovations and building extensions, with the design and engineering requirements considered for each property.
Our process begins with consultation and design development, followed by submission preparation, approval coordination and project support. From the initial brief through implementation, we help clients understand the decisions, drawings and technical information required at each stage.
