Privacy notice.
How the EMARC website handles enquiry information, technical records and website analytics.
This notice describes the information sent through the EMARC website enquiry forms, technical records and the use of website analytics. For questions about a project file or an existing business relationship, contact info@emarc.co.
Who to contact
EMARC Engineering Consultant L.L.C., Al Mansoor Building, Office 309, Al Qusais Industrial Area 2, Damascus Street, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Email info@emarc.co or call +971 50 172 9743.
Information in an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email address, optional phone number, area of interest and a project message. These details are sent to the EMARC enquiry mailbox so the team can respond. The form does not create a website account, accept attachments or save the message to a website database.
Please send only information needed for the initial conversation. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, payment details or confidential drawings through this form. Contact the team to agree a suitable channel for sensitive material.
Website security and technical records
The website uses temporary request counts, times and an identifier derived from your connection address to limit repeated form submissions. These abuse-prevention records do not contain your enquiry message and are cleared during routine form requests.
The hosting and email systems may also process connection addresses, request times, delivery information and related technical records when operating and protecting their services.
Business-partner enquiries
The business-partner form asks for your company name, contact name, email, organisation type, enquiry purpose, relevant discipline and a short brief. A phone number, company website and project location or service area are optional. These details are sent to the EMARC enquiry mailbox; they do not create a portal account and are not stored in a website enquiry database. The form does not accept file uploads.
The enquiry forms use a temporary, essential session cookie to protect online submissions. Your form entries remain in the current page and are not saved to browser storage. The server-side session holds submission tokens and receipt references, not the text of your enquiry. Email processing and host access logs are separate records.
Cookies, analytics and external links
Google Analytics helps us understand visits and how people use this website. It can use analytics cookies and process information such as pages visited, referral sources, device and browser details, and interactions enabled in the Analytics settings. We do not send the information you enter in the enquiry forms to Analytics. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in this site’s Analytics configuration.
Both enquiry forms use an essential security session for online sending; neither creates a login account. The website does not embed maps or social-media widgets. Social and map links open separate websites, where their own privacy and cookie arrangements apply. For more about Google’s processing, see how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Messages held in email
A submitted enquiry is handled through EMARC’s email system, separately from the website. Storage, retention and access to that correspondence depend on the enquiry and the applicable business records. To ask about a specific message, how it is used or how long it is kept, contact info@emarc.co.
Your questions and requests
You can ask for access to or correction of the details you sent, or request that they be deleted. Include enough information for the team to locate the enquiry without sending sensitive identification in your first email. EMARC may need to verify the request and explain any records that must be retained.
Scope of this notice
Project appointments, procurement and any further document-sharing arrangements may involve additional information and terms. Ask EMARC about those arrangements before providing documents. The public vendor and business enquiry pages do not create login accounts or provide a document-upload service.
